The
Bartercard tournament is a business house tournament that is run by the
ASB Bank tennis centre and features a team-based round-robin competition
with prizemoney on offer. UATC
has sponsored two teams this year to participate in the C and D grade round-robin
competitions. Players are outfitted with team t-shirts. Teams can be made
up of up to 8 players and of mixed genders. Teams play 4 doubles matches
in a first to reach 8 games format with sudden death deuces.
Matches
are played at the ASB Bank Tennis Centre or the Vodaphone Tennis Centre
in Tamaki DRAWS The Terminators
The Walls
Format First to 8 gamestiebreak at 7 - 7 All deuces are sudden death (receivers choose which side to receive the serve on, winner of that point wins the game.)
